What to expect at a class

buggEfit is a fun exercise class for mums of all fitness levels.
 
The class runs for an hour and is a combination of basic cardio fitness, muscle and core strengthening and finishes with stretches at the end.  We will work you at whatever level is right for you but it is NOT bootcamp, you can stop whenever you need or if any of the exercises are a bit tricky at that point, we’re happy to provide alternatives.
 
As the classes are out-doors in the winter months (approx Oct-May), it is important to bring a towel, water and wearing a hat and sunscreen is recommended as it heats up!  

Babies should be in their buggies, but as we stop several times to exercise on the grass, the babies can lie on a towel or mat and enjoy the fresh air and look on with interesting expressions at their mums working hard.

During the warmer months, we take the classes inside as it just gets too hot.  Again it is advisable to bring water, a towel and maybe some small toys to keep the babes amused.

We would ask that you attend the class 5 minutes before we begin, but if you do happen to be late we can be reached on our mobiles for our present location if you want to catch up.

There’s also a chance for a coffee and a natter after the class—Very Important !!!!
 
Finally lets us know if you have any special requirements or needs and we would be happy to accommodate.  The classes are about you getting back to you !
