Elaine is a UK qualified Massage Therapist who can bring relaxation massages to you without having the hassle of leaving your home .  For a small extra cost, her babysitter can be brought to look after your child so you can relax fully.

Shape Up 4 U

Shape Up 4 U is a 6 week, weight management and exercise program to get you on the road to a slimmer fitter you! At the start of the course you will be provided with a healthy eating plan which will help you design and prepare your meals. Each session will include a weigh-in, followed by a weekly topic around nutrition and healthy eating and a 30 min exercise session.  Babysitters will be available so if you need to be the small one then no problem.

Group Exercise Classes

At other points in the week Elaine is also a studio instructor teaching exercise classes at the Hayya Meadows club.  She teaches legs, bums & tums on Sunday at 7pm, Monday & Wednesday at 8.30 am and Body Combat on Tuesday at 8.30 am.  No childcare available am afraid. On the horizon, Elaine is also looking to start Ante Natal Exercise classes—watch this space !

Fit & Fun @ Favourite Things

Fit & Fun, is a new concept for Dubai.  Mums get an hours FITness class while the little ones are having FUN in the Favourite Things play area being looked after by qualified staff.

Classes are held at Favourite Things in Marina Mall on a Wednesday 10.15.

Children 9mths– 3 years                             Aed 75 for 1 hour class & 1 hour supervised play.
