An exercise class for MUMS, and BABY comes too !!!

During the Autumn, Winter & Spring months (approx Oct—May), the classes are held are various locations outside, The Lakes, JBR, Arabian Ranches—the more fresh air we can get in Dubai the better. Once it gets too hot to exercise with the babies outside, we move in to inside locations to carry on with our training. The Hayya Meadows has loads of space to keep the wheels turning and the toddlers running. |

From the last night out Media Rotana—Prego Italian followed by Nelsons nasty bar—they threw us out at closing time—shame on them !!! A good night was had by all ( we think) but NOT followed by a good morning !!! |
