You should wear comfortable loose exercise clothes and trainers. Remember to put on sunscreen if outside and bring water to keep hydrated and a towel or mat to lie on for abs & resistance exercises. Please also remember to wear a good supportive bra !!

We move the classes to inside locations. Normally we use the Hayya Meadows sports hall which is fantastic and even suitable for you to bring your toddlers, as there is play equipment that the nursery kindly don’t mind us using, however there are no carers onhand so your munchkin is still your responsibility.  The class is run in a fairly similar way with some power walking and jogging (optional) but we also have the use of the club equipment—mats, swiss balls, handweights, body bars etc.

This year we’re also going to be using the Angsan Spa at Dubai Marina which has a lovely big room with lots of windows. This room is obviously not as big as the sports hall so will be run more like a normal exercise class but the little ones can still come but no play equipment is available, so if possible you should bring a couple of small toys to keep the little ones amused.

If you’ve had a normal birth, you should wait until you’ve had your 6 week Doctors check up.  If you’ve had a C section you should wait until 10 weeks but again, you should have had a check up with your doctor.  If at any point you have any aches and pains during the class make sure you let the instructor know.
